Free Shipping Eligibility

Qualify for FREE Standard Shipping when:

Upon Delivery

Inspection Before Accepting:

Step 1: Visual Inspection

Step 2: Package Verification

  • Confirm recipient name on label
  • Verify order number

Step 3: Open and Verify (Recommended)

  • Open package in delivery person’s presence
  • Count items against invoice
  • Check for any damage
  • Verify product details

Step 4: Sign Only If Satisfied

Important: Once you sign for delivery, the courier’s responsibility ends. Report any issues immediately to us, not the delivery person.
